By downloading, accessing, or using the Be Bro mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Be Bro is a tactical social networking hub and radar application designed for gamers to find local squads, link gaming profiles, and participate in community challenges.

3. User Accounts and Security

You must register an account via Firebase Authentication to use core features.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

4. Location-Based Services

Be Bro utilizes GPS and network-based location services to match you with nearby gamers. By enabling the "Radar" features, you explicitly consent to your approximate or precise location being used to facilitate these connections.

5. User Conduct & Fair Play

You agree NOT to:

Harass, threaten, or doxx other users.
Use GPS spoofing or location manipulation tools to abuse the Radar system.
Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content to the Squad Hub.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All original UI designs, graphics, and app architecture are the proprietary property of the developers of Be Bro.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "AS IS". The developers are not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses resulting from real-world meetups or online interactions initiated through Be Bro.
